Kasper Gąsienica-Byrcyn CEO

He graduated in 2004 with MS degree form the Warsaw School of Economics which is one of the leading business universities in Europe and the most prestigious one in Poland. Before graduating he spent a year studying business in Austria at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration where he also acquired a fluency in German in addition to English and Polish. During his studies he concentrated on e-commerce, marketing and investment banking in anticipation of rapidly expending commercial opportunities in these areas. Soon after graduating he spent half a year as the senior assistant of the head of an election committee for one of the leading presidential candidates during 2004 elections in Poland. After campaign, together with Tom Kuzniar they started Ingenious Programmers to put into use their combine skills and experience in business and IT.

Tom Kuźniar CIO

He graduated in 2005 from the IT department of the University of Science and Technology (AGH) in Krakow, Poland. He has over 7 years experience in programming, DBA, Linux Systems Administration proven in work for a number of leading IT companies in Poland and a few companies in the USA. His professional interest are focused on design and implementation of complex relational databases, operation systems and websites development as well as on software engineering and projects management aspects. He holds the second place in competitive PERL programming in Poland in 2005 Braibench.com tests. In, at this time almost non existent, spare time he likes to play classic guitar.

Paul Moldenhawer Marketing & Business Development

He graduated in 1992 with MBA from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. For the next 15 years he worked for a number of biomedical companies. Starting with field sales position at Bio-Rad he moved into marketing and took a number of positions of increasing responsibility culminating in the position of Global marketing manager at Bayer Diagnostics. Through his career he spent a lot of time managing development of complex medical diagnostic software and educational programs delivered through companies’ websites. In 2006 he left Bayer and joined InGenious Programmers to manage marketing and business development activities. He lives with his family in Berkeley, California.
